The Founder

FOUNDER - Kecia Littman

I’ve spent over 24 years in the beauty industry from backstage at fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan, and Paris to working alongside icons like British makeup artist Pat McGrath and Alex Box. As a licensed esthetician and Global Artist and Educator, I’ve seen how makeup can do more than enhance appearance, it can restore confidence, renew energy, and reconnect us to ourselves.

My journey has taken me from film and television sets to editorial shoots for magazines like Vogue, and into the makeup chairs of incredible women like Mariska Hargitay, Taimane Gardner, and Shiho Yano. But some of the most meaningful moments have come in quiet spaces. I strive to help all feel seen, especially in seasons of loss or transition.

LEI WAI Beauty was born from that deeper purpose. It’s my way of offering more than just a quality product but also an invitation to pause, care for yourself, and rediscover your own light. Every formula is made with intention, rooted in respect, and crafted to support everyone in every chapter of their journey.
